You are a seasoned data visionary who understand that at the core of any successful business is healthy data and data infrastructure, to enable the business to make good decisions. You are an expert in OLTP and data warehouse design, but also enjoy creating ad-hoc SQL queries to answer complex business questions. While you enjoy head’s down work, you also are good communicator who can work with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, and mentor more junior members of the team. As manager you must be a proven technical leader who can build, lead and motivate teams.
